    The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:

    Com. Sub. for S.B. 407 –- “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended by adding thereto a new article, designated §33-15F-1 and §33-15F-2, all relating to State Insurance Commissioner’s enforcement of the federal mandates and prohibitions promulgated by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010; providing right of appeal for adverse determinations; defining terms; and granting rule-making authority.”
